Surya Namaskar

Monday to Friday 07:00-08:00

Awaken your body and breath with traditional Surya Namaskar, enhanced by mantras for each position. The first 20 minutes offer accessible grounding before we move into inversions like Pincha Mayurasana and Handstand, and finish with deep backbends including Hanumanasana and Urdhva Dhanurasana.

A full-spectrum, energising practice blending devotion, strength, and flow.

Saturday 10:00-11:30

This steady-paced class weaves together Sun and Moon Salutations, standing poses, gentle backbends, and accessible inversions. We begin with breath-led sequences to build warmth and awareness, then explore flowing transitions through balances, hip-openers, and core-strengthening postures.

The practice closes with grounding seated poses and twists, leaving you centred, calm, and connected.
Perfect for those seeking mindful movement and quiet strength.
